OUTLOOK FOLDER CHANGE SYNCING: Added
new option that will automatically trigger the synchronization
when a folder change is detected. For example, if
a change to a notes folder is detected on a folder
configured to sync then the notes portion of the
sync process is automatically triggered. This option
is option and can be enabled from the gSyncit settings
/ sync options panel.

the update notification to give the user the option
to turn off checking for updates, provide more details
about currently / available version and provides

CONTACT DISPLAY AS VALUES:
Adds setting to allow preserving the "Display
As" field on Outlook contacts when updated from
Gmail. This option basically stops Outlook from
reformatting the contact 'Display As' information
when the contact is updated from Gmail
The "Display As" field on Outlook contacts is updated
by Outlook to reflect the current email address
assigned to the contact. Without updating the Display
As field this can create the case where the email
address and the Display As values do not align which
some customers prefer.

MAPPINGS : Added new advanced category mapping
options to the Pocket Informant notes sync configuration
allowing for syncing category names to folders or
tags based on the starting character of the category

by a bug where the Android app incorrectly sets
the event as having a daysOfMonth value for

Corrected reported issue syncing Outlook
contacts within a distribution list that contains
the same email address.

Removed the "file in use" dialog during
the install process. This is an issue that has
existed for years where the installer asks the
user to close a set of open applications which
is already done by the install process itself.
It turns out that we just had to disable the
restart manager component of the windows installer
and presto! the file in use dialog is no more.

Added ability to sync a specific date range
of Outlook events to Pocket Informant to limit
the range of Outlook events synced to Pocket
Informant. While this feature does limit the
range of Outlook events the sync process will
still sync all Pocket Informant events back
to Outlook.

(IMPORTANT):
Evernote
recently released a service wide account password
reset which causes the gSyncit notes sync to
report an error during the sync. This requires
the user to edit the Evernote sync configuration
and re-authorize their Evernote account on the
sync mapping. To make this reauthorization process
easier the sync will present the user with the
authorization request during the sync process
when Evernote reports a "AUTH_EXPIRED" or "INVALID_AUTH"
response.

(IMPORTANT):
Corrects issue syncing notes with Nozbe
due to a change to the Nozbe sync service.
- FIX:
Addresses sync issue with the Google calendar
where events that contain _seconds_ in the event
start/end time appear in the Outlook calendar
one minute ahead. This is due to Outlook rounding
up start/end times which results in the Google
and Outlook calendar showing different event
times and leading to duplicate entries. The
Google calendar simply omits the seconds where
as the Outlook calendar rounds the event time
up to the next minute.

setting was set to use the Google calendar default
reminder notifications. If their are no notifications

This has caused a number of user support cases
indicating reminders are not syncing when technically
they are and the reason they are not appearing
on the Google calendar is there are no notifications
configured.
To address this the default reminder type has
been switched to "Pop-up" for new calendar sync
configurations.

Time Zone Switching - This build addresses
a long standing issue where switching the windows
time zone caused incorrect times to be synced.
This update addresses syncing with Google and
Pocket Informant calendars. The sync process
will also alert the user when a time zone change
is detected and request the user to restart
Outlook.
The root issue is that gSyncit by default syncs
all non-recurring events in local time. This
update addresses this issue by properly converting
Outlook events with the time zone of the target
calendar and managing local times as UTC/GMT
and vice versa.

be that for a long time when a value was undefined
it was returned as "0" and now when a value
is undefined it is simply omitted from the Toodledo
responses. This means that what was once expected
to be a number is now a empty string. This causes
the parsing logic which converts a string to
number to fail when the value is empty.
- FIX (CRITICAL):
Corrects issue with cached contact groups
that causes a sync error when syncing with multiple
Google accounts. The root error appears as "Referenced
group doesn't belong to the same user. Should
be: '...'. Is: '...'" and was caused by a cache
enhancement recently added to the software to
improve sync performance with Gmail.

Corrects issue syncing deleted recurring
event exceptions with Pocket Informant Online.
This fix corrects a bug where the start/end
date/time for deleted recurrence event exceptions
was missing from the entry which prevented the
deleted instances from appearing on the PI iPhone
app. Additionally, the occurrence functionality
used to match occurrences with the recurring
event series has been updated to be compliant
with the latest PI Online service specification.

Added BASE64 decoding to notes synced from
Gmail to Outlook. This was added to support
SMS Backup for Android which allows sync syncing
SMS messages to Gmail. With this option it is
now possible to use Outlook to organize and
archive SMS messages from your phone if using
an app that allows syncing SMS messages with
your Gmail account.

sync logic to retain the task due date _time_
value when not using a default due date _time_
value which defaults to 5pm. This addresses

have notes with the same name in different notes
folders synced to the same Outlook folder which
is not very common.

issue has apparently existed for years within
the Google Document service and so far has yet
to be corrected by Google. We have found a work
around for this issue which so far works consistently
and reliably.

This is one of the more popular feature requests
that took a few months to plan out how to integrate
into gSyncit and it is finally here. A new tab
has been added that allows including followup
tasks from other Outlook folders in the list
of tasks to be synced with Toodledo.
Followup tasks in Outlook will sync the start
date, due date, tag (flag status), reminder,
and task body fields. Category rules can also
be applied to these entries as well.
- FIX:
We get a lot of support tickets related
to gSyncit being added to the Outlook disabled
items list which results in the gSyncit toolbar
not appearing in Outlook and the sync not working.
This fix automatically removes gSyncit from
the disabled items so that it can continue to
load into Outlook and the sync will run normally.

interval was incorrectly synced from Outlook
to Toodledo. The reminder/alarm time would be
