DOWNLOAD PARCEL TRACKER AND HAVE YOUR OUTLOOK CALENDAR AUTOMATICALLY TRACK YOUR SHIPMENTS!

Parcel Tracker is an add-in for Microsoft Outlook that automatically synchronize an appointment item with a shipping service enabling you to track your package delivery / status directly from the Outlook calendar.

Parcel Tracer tracks the status and delivery of FedEx shipments using the Outlook calendar. You provide Parcel Tracker with your tracking number and it will

  • create an appointment item based on the date/time of either the estimated/scheduled delivery

  • or create an appointment based on the most recently activity of the parcel.

Parcel Tracker then automatically synchronizes the placement of the appointment item in the calendar with the shipping service every few hours to reflect the latest information.

Once Parcel Tracker is installed and you start Outlook you'll notice a new toolbar added to the Outlook interface that makes it easy to create an appointment item that tracks your delivery.

When you click the "Track Parcel" toolbar button a wizard interface walks you through a quick process to collect your package information and allow you to review/confirm the information before the shipment is managed from your calendar.

On a timed interval, Parcel Tracker will automatically update the status and placement of the delivery appointment in your calendar using tracking information retrieved directly from the selected shipping service. You can track your package via its schedule delivery date or the most recent activity.
